We live in their property in New Bern. Our apartnent has mold that they only tried covering up. They other problems in the apartment were never addressed so we just lived with them. The regional manager and manager try corrupting things against tenants. Lived here 10 years never had any probblems until they took over. Drug deals going on management knows and nothing being done and the people dealing are left alone. Was a wobderful place but it will be the pjs soon. Trash everywhere only gone when NCPH are coming to inspect. DO NOT MOVE HERE
